What if every building had a positive impact on the world? What would that mean for our ecosystems, our communities, and our relationship to nature? Great Smoky Mountains Institute at Tremont is working to build the first regenerative education center, which meets the ambitious design standards of the Living Building Challenge. This presentation, originally presented live at a PechaKucha night by Tremont President & CEO Catey McClary, explores how we are viewing this work through an ecological lens.

PechaKucha presentations have a specific format: 20 slides for 20 seconds each. This fast-paced presentation style challenges the presenter to think and communicate creatively to share new ideas with the broader community. Thanks to PechaKucha Knoxville for hosting us!
